How do I return a product?
Any product purchased on our website www.jffshop.com can be returned within 30 calendar days of the date of receipt.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we can provide a prepaid shipping label (the cost of which will be deducted from the refund amount) if the shipping costs from your local carrier seem too high.

To return a product, you must submit a return request specifying the order number and the product(s) concerned. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned product.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product or a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, please contact us so we can find a quick solution. Please provide your order number, the item in question, and a description of the problem.

Please keep the product and its packaging intact until the issue is resolved.
